The print book is out! I have to say that it looks a lot prettier in paperback format than on Kindle. For the physical book, I was able to use whatever font and style I liked with no restrictions, as there is in Kindle format.

So if you are undecided which version to get, the paperback version is far better, not only aesthetically, but because a lot of info is held in the Appendices, and in paperback it is easy to whisk back and forth through the pages to fill in the blanks.

For the next few days it will only be available via CreateSpace eStore, then in about a week’s time it will be available generally on Amazon, followed in a few weeks by distribution through their channels to bookstores etc.
